Hi Widget just got a big update
We've been busy rebuilding Hi Widget from the ground up, and the new version is live now. Here's what's changed.
A completely redesigned widget
The embedded widget has been rebuilt with a cleaner, sharper design. No border-radius, tighter typography, and a monochromatic style that stays out of the way on your site. It loads faster, looks better on mobile, and feels more intentional.
New plan structure
We've simplified our plans and dropped the price of Pro:
- Free - 3 widgets (1 published), default feedback forms, 1 domain per widget. Free forever.
- Starter - £9/mo - Custom colors, remove the "Powered by Hi Widget" badge, publish up to 3 widgets. Perfect if you want your widget to match your brand.
- Pro - £19/mo - Custom forms, polls, multi-domain support (5 domains per widget), unlimited published widgets, button text customization. Built for agencies and power users.
If you're on an existing plan, nothing changes automatically - your current features stay as they are.
Polls (Pro)
You can now create single-question polls and embed them alongside your feedback forms. Visitors vote, and you can choose whether to show results or keep them private. Useful for quick validation before you commit to building something, or to get some insights on what kinda cheese your audience likes.
Custom forms (Pro)
Build your own form fields - dropdowns, checkboxes, radios, text inputs. Design the exact form you need instead of relying on the default feedback template.
Color and branding (Starter+)
Starter and Pro accounts can now set a custom color for their widget and hide the attribution badge. Your widget, your brand.
