How Hi Widget compares
Hi Widget does one thing: a button on your site that takes a message and emails it to you, plus polls. Most of the tools below do more than that, and cost more because of it. Here's an honest look at when each one is the better choice.

When not to use Hi Widget
If you need live chat with someone actually there to answer, use Intercom or Tawk.to. A chat widget with nobody behind it is worse than no widget at all.
If you need to watch how people move through your site, use Contentsquare (formerly Hotjar). Heatmaps and session recordings are a different product from a feedback button.
If you need a real form builder with conditional logic, payments, or signatures, use Tally or Jotform. Tally's free tier is genuinely good.
Hi Widget is the right answer when you want a small button on every page, a message in your inbox, and a flat price. That's the whole product.
