Why not the built-in form?
Ghost ships no contact form at all.
Ghost deliberately leaves forms to you. The usual answers are a mailto: link that opens an empty mail client most readers no longer have configured, or an embedded third-party form that loads an iframe and slows the page down.
Hi Widget doesn't replace your contact page. It catches the people who were never going to go looking for it.

One script tag puts it site-wide. Set the colour to match your Ghost theme and it looks like it belongs there.
The message comes to you by email
New responses are emailed to you with the message in the body, so you can read what someone said without signing in. The dashboard keeps the full history for when you want to look back, add a comment, or export.
Polls, on the Pro plan
Ask a single question and show results as people vote. "What should I write about next?" Answered by the people already on your site rather than guessed at.
Custom forms, on the Pro plan
Dropdowns, checkboxes, and radio buttons, so you can ask for the quote details up front instead of trading five emails to get them.
