For Webflow sites
Add a feedback widget to Webflow
One line of code in Webflow, and a small button sits in the corner of every page. Visitors leave a message, you get an email. No app to install, no chatbot, no seats.
Install on Webflow
-
01
In Webflow, open Project Settings → Custom Code → Footer Code, then publish.
-
02
Paste this, swapping in your widget key:
<script async src="https://www.hiwidget.com/hi-widget.js" data-widget-key="YOUR_KEY" data-embed-url="https://www.hiwidget.com/embed"></script>
-
03
Save and publish. The button is live on every page.
Plan requirement: A paid Site plan. Custom code in Project Settings does not publish to a free .webflow.io staging domain.
No credit card required. £9/month when you're ready.
Why not the built-in form?
Webflow form submissions are capped by plan.
Native forms post to Webflow's form storage, which has a monthly submission limit that varies by Site plan, and notification email that depends on Webflow's sender reputation rather than yours. Neither problem announces itself.
Hi Widget doesn't replace your contact page. It catches the people who were never going to go looking for it.
What you get
A button on every page
One script tag puts it site-wide. Set the colour to match your Webflow theme and it looks like it belongs there.
The message comes to you by email
New responses are emailed to you with the message in the body, so you can read what someone said without signing in. The dashboard keeps the full history for when you want to look back, add a comment, or export.
Polls, on the Pro plan
Ask a single question and show results as people vote. "Which template should we build next?" Answered by the people already on your site rather than guessed at.
Custom forms, on the Pro plan
Dropdowns, checkboxes, and radio buttons, so you can ask for the quote details up front instead of trading five emails to get them.
