Why not the built-in form?
Wix forms are page elements, and Wix Chat is a chatbot.
The built-in form is something you place on a page. The only site-wide option is Wix Chat, which presents as a live-chat inbox and sets an expectation you have to be online to meet. Neither is a quiet button that takes a message and emails it to you.
Hi Widget doesn't replace your contact page. It catches the people who were never going to go looking for it.
